What is documentary-style
photography?

I absolutely adore a relaxed, unstaged approach to photos. Whether you are taking senior pictures or doing an in-home newborn session, the overarching emotional theme shouldn't be stress (sometimes it's inevitable, but that's just the human experience.)

I want your photos to reflect YOU and your loved ones. We don't have to continue with the rigid posing tradition. Your kiddos can run and play, and I'll chase after them. You and your partner can slow dance in an open field, and I'll make sure there's actually music playing so you can live out your main character moment.

There is a visible difference between capturing something heavily posed versus a genuine moment. Documentary-style photography is a beautiful form of storytelling, and I would be honored to share it with you and yours.
